Pat Griffin has a professional background in music and talk radio broadcasting and commercial talent. She has hosted and produced political and news programming as well as hosting a call-in issues oriented talk show for WHIO (Cox Broadcasting). While at Cox, she co-hosted live televised political news forums with the market’s number one television news anchor.

As part of the U.S. Friendship Force Sister Radio Station Project, Griffin traveled to Russia in a business and cultural exchange. While working in music radio in variety of on- air shifts she also wrote, produced and voiced various series of vignettes, and coordinated special events. (i.e.: The “Fly City Music Festival” and the “Jazz Flavor Concert Series”)

As commercial talent she has worked throughout the Tri-State in print, audio and video production for many agencies, companies and organizations. In 1999 she founded The Women’s Radio Network to meet the listening needs of today’s progressive woman. As an independent radio producer, she creates and markets radio show, features, vignettes and other programming for national radio syndication.

“Keeping Secrets,” a radio show about relationships has aired as a pre-recorded as well as live program. Women’s Radio Network also produces “When Women Speak,” the Enrichment Seminar Series Pat has severed on the Board of Directors of the Miami Valley AIDS Foundation, the Deans Advisory Council for The Ohio University College of Communication were she has also taught as a guest lecturer. Pat is a fourth generation member and past vice president of the Unique Study Club, the oldest women’s literary organization in the Miami Valley. Pat and Darryl, her wonderful husband of 23 years, are the proud parents of three beautiful children: JaQuelynn, Imani and Jared Christopher.
