An award-winning audio journalist, De’Saundra Harris has been a part of AURN for close to a decade. In 2010, she received The American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Media Award.

As part of her daily assignments, Harris-Sullivan interviews national and international news makers for stories that she then writes, produces and voices for broadcast on AURN’s affiliated radio stations across the country.

Prior to her current position, Harris-Sullivan was a morning news anchor for the Sheridan Gospel Network (SGN). Her lively newscasts were heard daily on the networks “KD Bowe Morning Show”. She also worked with Pittsburgh based Traffic.com/Navteq after a stint as a traffic reporter for Pittsburgh News Radio 1410 KQV.

De’Saundra Harris-Sullivan is a graduate of Point Park College in Pittsburgh P.A. She holds a BA in Journalism and Communication.
