(SBN) — Prosecutor have announced that two Arkansas police officers won’t face charges in the fatal shooting of a black teenager in July.

Officials say 16 year old Aries Clark was holding a black BB gun that resembled a handgun outside of an emergency youth shelter.  Police say Clark raised the gun at officers before he was shot.

Body camera footage show Clark raising the BB gun and prosecutors say officers Brannon Hinkle and Wesley Smith were justified in using lethal force.
