Spike Lee to Attend Rally Supporting Colin Kaepernick

(SBN) – Oscar nominated filmmaker Spike Lee took to Twitter this week announcing a rally in support of NFL free agent Colin Kaepernick. on Aug. 23, Lee said he will be among gatherers in front of the NFL headquarters in New York City, “I Still Support My Brother And His Stance On The Injustices In The USA.”

Kaepernick remains unsigned after many say he is “being blackballed” for kneeling during the National Anthem during the 2016 NFL season.

Lee received a great deal of criticism from those on social media after people noticed Kaepernick’s name was misspelled. It is spelled “Kapernick” on the flier.
