(SBN) – A new report suggests that the Trump administration is slowly dismantling strides made on criminal justice reform.  The Brennan Center for Justice cites a clear return to the discredited “tough on crime” rhetoric of the 1990s, that the report says, if taken to extreme would set back a multi-level national movement which cross party lines to end mass incarceration.

SBN’s Kim Lampkins gets reaction from U.S. Representative Bobby Scott-D/VA and Kristen Clarke, President and Executive Director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
